Benny, who chose to omit his last name, is the main chef at Mediterranean Cafe in Corvallis. He has been working there for 5 years, and has a passion for excellent cuisine. Mediterranean Cafe is located on Madison St. just up the street from Starbucks. "You can't miss us," Benny laughed, "we have all sorts of flashy decorations hung outside."
